to me, it's pretty darn cool because I'm from this area - I've seen other Homes stuff, but this one is in great cosmetic shape and has the nice little logo plate on the back (see pics)

It does play and sound out well, and has a nice 12" speaker probably worth $35 to $45 on it's own. 

 THIS IS NOT A REAL LOUD AMP.  LOW AND HIGH GAIN INPUT.  VOLUME / BASS / MID / TREBLE ---- VERY BASIC 

This would be cool in a studio just as a little sit around practice amp or maybe get "THAT HOLMES SOUND" piece of Delta History to ad that little extra bit of vibe you need

IT ALSO HAS A HEADPHONE JACK ON THE FRONT
