This is a very nice old "PaperClip" style vintage Leblanc BBb Contra bass Clarinet made in France. This is owned by a repair person. He has had it many years. He has finally decided to let go of it. He worked on it, though years back, but he played it for me down to the lowest note. So, the very most this would need it minor tweaking to suit detailed playability of next owner, or if one would want this to be like it was from the factory, I suppose someone could overhaul and put all new pads and corks in it. Researching online, this made in France horn I think is from the 1960s. They are rare to find, and even the original case is in very good shape. This comes with a LeBlanc Mouthpiece very likely also to be original to the horn. This is in playing shape, though possibly not like from factory 50 or 60 years back. Great instrument for the bass clarinet player/collector who has everything, except a Vintage LeBlanc France double Bb Bass Clarinet. That said, see pics and Let me know if you got questions.
